The Central Oregon Health Council’s Community Advisory Council (CAC) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Community Health Projects (CHP) grant opportunity.
This funding opportunity supports community-level projects that advance the Regional Health Improvement Plan (RHIP) priority of Nutrition, specifically Strategy 2: Making Healthy Choices Easier and More Accessible. Proposed projects must also address Social Determinants of Health and Health Equity (SDOH-E).
The CAC encourages applications for projects that improve community health and well-being, reduce health disparities, and create lasting community impact.
